Everyone looks forward to a great vacation. But sometimes, it's hard to find a getaway that can accommodate your children. Now I know what your thinking "well, my kids are just going to have to enjoy the resort!" Let's be honest; not all resorts accommodate your kids, so what happens? They end up running around with you, and instead of you being on vacation, your vacation will consist of keeping your kids entertained. Instead of doing that, find your way to one of these family fun vacation options.

A place adults can drop their kids off and enjoy the ship. The best part is that it's open all day (most of the time) so your kids can be entertained while you're out sunbathing on the deck. Cruise lines that have kids zones are Carnival. Royal Caribbean and Norwegian Cruise line. For more info check their websites.

Yes, UNIVERSAL!! What makes Universal remarkable is the theme parks. They have several different parks, and their best park right now is the Harry Potter park. (Literally from the movie!) Universal also has sleeping accommodations, and you can either stay at one of their resorts, or a nearby hotel. Another great family option. More info will be in www.universalorlando.com
Now, of course, there are plenty of other vacation resorts that you and your kids can enjoy, but I will be the first to tell you, these options made the list because they are budget friendly. Vacations nowadays can cost you $2,000 just for the theme parks, and that's not including food and hotel. These resorts either come with an all-inclusive option, or they have several different options that won't "break your pockets." Trust me, with anyone of these options, you and your family will have a magnificent time.
